This episode: We talk about stuff!

Happy half-birthday to us! That’s right, this show marks our 6 month anniversary of doing Process Party!

We celebrate by taking a break from the interviews that everyone actually listens to the show for, and catching up with some “us time.”

The Party Boys have been BUSY AS HECK, and totally tell you all about it: Basically, Zack whipped out a short comic (read it at his Patreon here!) in a few days time while Mike was dealing with an unreasonably long spring break for his kids.

Plus! We talk creative blocks vs procrastination (spurred on by this episode of Scriptnotes), new brush pens, posting instagram videos, feeling good about your work, mike’s crab hand, and cartoonists we wish were still cartooning.

  1. Zack, I call my process Deserted Island Style. I want to eliminate as much unessential steps to comic making. Like if I was on a Deserted island, I could basically draw the same comic as when I have all my supplies. I spend as many lunch hours as possible sitting in my car (my mobile studio) drawing comics on a portable artboard.
